Another youth died Tuesday in Shadbagh area of Lahore after his kite collided with power lines, inflicting severe electric shocks.
According to police, there was a metal wire attached to the kite string that came into contact with the high voltage power lines, fatally shocking the youth.
Khurram, a twenty-year-old man, was identified as the victim.
Police are conducting an investigation into the incident.
